I had previously questioned if Oliver Thomas Carver was actually from Plymouth, Pennsylvania.
I felt that he was most likely from Plymouth, Putnam County, West Virginia.
But we can see from the top obituary on this page that indeed he was from Plymouth, Pennsylvania.
Plymouth, Pennsylvania is located in Luzerne County.
