John C. Craigo Sr.
John Clifton Craigo Sr., 92, of route 6, Charleston,
died Aug. 8, 1992, at Memorial Division, CAMC, after a
short illness.
He was a retired supervisor from Libby-Owens-Ford Glass Co.,
with 44 years' service. He was a charter member of Cathedral of
Prayer Baptist Church, Charleston, and a lifelong resident of Kanawha
County.
Surviving: daughter, Lorene Martin of Charleston; sons, James
and John C. Jr., both of Charleston, George E. of Durham, N.C.;
brother, Harry of New Smyrna, Fla.; seven grandchildren' 12
great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
Service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Cathedral of Prayer Baptist
Church, with the Rev. Paul DeBord and the Rev. O.L. Shepherd
officiating. Burial will be in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross
Lanes. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Stevens-Grass
Funeral Home, Malden, and one hour prior to service at the church.
